Timetable Symposium 2025: Hot Topic
Plenary sessions
This years edition of the DAP symposium will start and end with several plenary session, featuring both international and dutch speakers. The aim for this edition is to strengthen the relation between project and companies from different countries, see how the international Geothermal community opperates from country to country and what challenges occur frequently.
Moreover, there are some exciting updates regarding the DAP well, of which recently drilling has been completed. Updates and the future of the project will be presented as well as the chance to visit the completed well by yourself, which will take place during the breakout sessions.
Breakout sessions
After the first round of plenary sessions the four rounds of breakout sessions will take place. Each session with a specific topic will take approximately 45 minutes and host several speakers, or be the stage of a workshop/discussion. Some of the topics that will be discussed here can be are related to: geology, policy & economics, drilling, heat storage and law.
The sessions have been designed that their duration varies to stimulate conversation between attendees during the breaks.
Exhibition stands
The exhibition stands will be a constant place to meet during the breakout sessions. Partnering companies and TU Delft researches & students will have the change to exhibit their projects, research or theses.
The Exhibition stands will be located in the Chaos room at Lijm & Cultuur where lunch will be served too. Moreover, coffee and tea will be available there during all the full breakout sessions period. It will thus be the perfect center place to exchange ideas and catch up with colleagues from the sector!
