Plenary sessions

This year’s edition of the DAP symposium will start and end with several plenary session, featuring both international and dutch speakers. The goal of this edition is to strengthen collaboration between projects and companies across border, explore how the international Geothermal community operates in various countries and examine the common challenges we faced with.
Moreover, there are some exciting updates regarding the DAP well which has recently been completed. The latest progress and the future outlook of the project will be presented. Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit the completed well during the breakout sessions.

Breakout sessions

After the first round of plenary sessions the breakout sessions will take place. Each session revolves around a specific topic and will last approximately 45 minutes. Some of the topics that will be discussed here can be are related to: geology, policy & economics, drilling, heat storage and law.
The sessions have been intentionally scheduled with varying durations to encourage conversation among attendees during the breaks.

Exhibition stands

The exhibition stands will serve as a central meeting point during the breakout sessions. Partnering companies, as well as TU Delft researchers and students, will have the opportunity to showcase their projects, research, and theses.

The exhibition area will be located in the Chaos Room at Lijm & Cultuur, where lunch will also be served. In addition, coffee and tea will be available throughout the entire breakout session period. This space will provide the perfect setting to exchange ideas and reconnect with colleagues from across the sector.
